Ingredients
4 big potatoes
Cooking oil, as needed
25 boiled mealworms
1 cup chopped scallions
Salt, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes but don’t peel them. Cut them into wedges (“boats”).
- Heat up oil in a saucepan.
- Deep-fry potato wedges, mealworms and scallions together for approximately 3 minutes.
- Take out of the oil and add salt and garlic powder to taste.
- Serve.
